Oracle Fusion Middleware product family offer wide range of administration tasks, tools, and controls to allow system administrators and Site Reliability Engineers to effectively meet challenging demands of scalability, and high availability within secure environment.

Overivew
Facing the challenges of scalability and high availability in secure environment is always a top priority of customers as well as to system administrators and Site Reliability Engineers.
In this course, students will be equipped with the tools and techniques with hands-on experience to control and fine tune Oracle Fusion Middleware component based on industry best practices by Oracle.
Prerequisites
Knowledge
Students to this class are expected to have:
- Basic knowledge in System Administration
- Good familiarity with design patterns
- Basic understanding of computer operations skills :such as managing files
Technology
Depending on the delivery method of this course, the students should have :
- A Workstation with Internet browser capability such as (Chrome, Edge, or Safari)
- Good persistent internet connection without blocking firewalls(ideally non corporate firewall protected workstations)
The Labs
Labs would be available for students throughout the duration of the course,Â
Each student would have their own Oracle Analytic Cloud instance allows students to practice their exercises freely and independently.

- System Administrators: Identify critical Oracle Fusion Middleware component and the interrelationships between them and how to fine tune performance for high availability and scalability.
- Site Reliability Engineers: Learn how to fine tune the reliability of the Oracle Fusion Middleware application platform to meet base lines of the SLO Service Level Objectives, and develop appropriate SLI Service Level Indicators and set Error Budgets..
- Solution Architects: Identify relevant components of Oracle Fusion Middleware that contribute to the overall business solution.

Timeline
